Teads Appoints Mars Chocolate’s Global Media Director Marc Zander as Global Vice President of Client Partnerships
London and New York, March 1, 2017 – Teads, the inventor of outstream video and the No. 1 video advertising marketplace in the world, today announced the company has hired former Mars Chocolate’s Global Media Director, Marc Zander, to join its commercial leadership team as Global Vice President of Client Partnerships. Zander will help lead the company’s efforts to work much more closely with advertisers to better meets their needs, leveraging Teads highly viewable, user-friendly video formats.
With Zander’s appointment, Teads will bolster its efforts to deliver a holistic approach to servicing its clients, which include brand advertisers, and their media and creative agencies. Zander will play a strategic role in helping clients meet their business objectives, leveraging the power of Teads’ highly customized creative, media and measurement solutions to ensure brands maximize their investments in video advertising.
As a 25-year veteran of the advertising industry, Zander has extensive media, and marketing experience in top FMCG companies across multiple categories. Zander spent over 5 years at Mars Chocolate where he developed a deep expertise in crafting winning media and brand strategies that drive significant improvements in effectiveness, efficiency and sales growth. Prior to Mars, Zander held key roles at big global companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Nestle and Swatch. Zander graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Business Administration and is also fluent in French.
